Go to the edge of the frame, otherwise, it serves no purpose and doesn't outline your image anymore ^^ Also consider placing a horizon line, it anchors your elements much better, otherwise they just seem to be floating on your page ^^

For this first image, I find that your house is a bit too close, it almost occupies the entire frame! Maybe you could move it back a bit, and add elements in the foreground to give more depth? :)

In seeking a composition, we try to highlight a narrative, something that you want to convey. The placement and size of elements in the image should serve this purpose. Position your horizon line well in your drawings, it more easily grounds the objects in their setting. You can also play with depth, by placing a distant setting, clouds, and also a foreground very close to the viewer's point of view. I'll show you what this would look like on one of your comps.

Hello ChaVir, For me, your most pleasing compositions to look at are the first and the second to last ones (the one in vertical format) In your second one, your elements are almost well placed (hotspots), but they seem a bit too "squeezed" by your frame. Same comment for the fourth. The last one is really good even if it could perhaps use an element in the foreground and a background to add a bit of depth and eliminate the emptiness at the bottom left. Here I hope my comments have helped you ^^

Hello everyone
I really loved this exercise. It's super interesting to think about how to compose in a format.
I find my composition in the "classic" portrait format uninteresting. The image tells nothing.
I plan to redo the exercise with the same composition but by changing the framing to feel the image differently.
